| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9/27/12 DETAILS: Facility took 4 repeat samples 10/1/12 and submitted to lab by noon. Spoke with operator/general manager 10/2. Discussed warm water in the cistern and low usage of hotel at end of summer, public notice requirements and volume determination of cistern and batch chlorination calculations. Umpqua Research date received 9/28/12. Sample point was hose bib behind room #117 ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results from lab. Advised operator that he will need to take 5 temporary routine samples next month as follow up. | ||
