Details:	SUMMARY: Survey follow up DETAILS: Dan & Judy stopped by the office today and dropped off their operations and maintenance manual. I reviewed it with them an found it had the basics to start for an O&M manual. I again explained how it was a living document and to be added to and updated over time. This was the only item identified from their sanitary survey and is now complete all deficiency items have been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: Updat O&M as needed.
