Details:	SUMMARY: Violation discussion DETAILS: Call from Nicole Rabiossi re: violation card that was mailed. Nicole took a "source sample" from the compbined water from the two wells. The correct proceedure was to take one sample directly from each source once a year. Those samples are to be labeled Assessement samples. We discussed that this is the first year that failure to take appropriate samples are being treated as violations. We discussed the tier 3 violation public notice that need to be posted within the year, and the website. ACTION NEEDED: 1. Assessment samples from each well.2. Public notice posted for the tier 3 violation.
