Details:	SUMMARY: Quarterly nitrate sample exceeded MCL at 11.3ppm DETAILS: Spoke to Paul regarding the recent nitrate MCL violation. The school district is working with HBH Circuit rider program to remediate the nitrate issue. The proposal is to install an ion exchange unit. New public notice was received and posted. Work is to be completed prior to June 2013. The school district is selling the property to the Corvallis Waldorf School on June 30,2013 ACTION NEEDED: continue to monitor corrective actions for the nitrate MCL
