Details:	SUMMARY: Reviewed Draft Bilateral Compliance Agreement DETAILS: Met on site with several members of the city council and contract operator Tom Buce. Reviewed compliance issues regarding the water sources GWUDI determination and the requirement for filtration. Also discussed the possibility of a new well that could test as groundwater instead of a filtration plant. Reviewed draft bilateral compliance agreement and discussed extending the deadlines. Reviewed funding options for the project and steps to hire a consulting engineer. BCA to be brought before full city council at next meeting. ACTION NEEDED: City council to review draft BCA, agree on edits with DWS, sign BCA.
