Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up for nitrate alert DETAILS: Systems latest annual nitrate result 8.67. System has a history of high and escalating nitrate. Called Dan and discussed. Once 10 mg/L, corrective action will be required to reduce nitrates. Dan mentioned an equine facility 100 to the south (ground water in the area flows NW) that may contribute to nitrates. Discussed public notice in CCR ACTION NEEDED: Discuss nitrate result in CCR. Forward info regarding horse facility to Jacquie with DEQ
