| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: Paid site visit with Caroline on 4/26-- met with current manager Mr. Elliott and conducted park inspection. We urged him to take samples and make sure results get forwarded to state. Took our own coliform sample which tested negative. At time of visit Mr. E said he already taken samples the prior week. These were reported to state but still no nitrate. Visited facility 7/16 to conduct pool inspection. At this tine there were still no nitrate results. Mr. Elliott promised to take a nitrate and next quarters coliform and send them in. These were reported in on 7/24 Followed up with an RV park reinspection on 7/31 acknowledging their cooperation but stating that continued compliance with monitoring requirements was a condition of continued licensing. Violations returned to compliance in April and August. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
