Details:	SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: Cyndi called to inform that 2 of 4 repeats were positive for coliform. We discussed-froze/broken pipes and repairs, possible well log information with the well for depths of the well, how to disinfect the well, public notice that needs to be placed, additional samples to be taken in February and procedures for special samples. ACTION NEEDED: Rectify problem. Public notification. Possible special samples 5 temporary samples in February
