Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Conducted a site visit to the system to discuss sampling techniques and problem solve. It may be possible that swivel faucets being tested are causing the on going coliform issues. The system will be conducting a shock chlorination. They were requested to submit a new public notice and take a triggered source sample. As well they understand that five temporary routine distribution samples will be required for February. We discussed that if the system continues to test positive for coliform then they may need to explore treatment options. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor corrective actions, wait for public notice to be provided.
