Details:	SUMMARY: Call to Shirley to discuss violations DETAILS: Violations #902675931, 902675930, 902675929, 902675928, 902675927, 902675925, 902675921, 902675920, 902675919, 902675914- were discussed. Shirley was unaware of the violations and will advise Thurman of the problems and how to sample to RTC the violations. We discussed the tier 3 public notice and how and where to send the notices. Although not a violation yet, I advised her that Nitrate, Arsenic, SOC and VOC were all due to be sampled in 2013 as well. ACTION NEEDED: 1. Coliform monitoring in March 2013.2. Public notice to be sent in water bills in April 2013.3. Assessment samples to be taken in 2013 when necessary.1. Coliform monitoring in March 2013.2.
