Details: SUMMARY: Violation discussion & Master Plan disscussion DETAILS: Called Pete to confirm violation. He said that a sample was taken and he would confirm that with the lab and send results to the state. Pete called back to say the sample was labeled special. He thought all samples were sent to the state. I explained special samples were for his use only. I explained the tier 3 public notice template and where to find it on the website. We also discussed the master plan requirements and where he stands on acquiring funding for the master plan. I gave him the name of Adam DeSemple to contact for information on how to/where to go for possible monies available. I requested he send an update on the master plan to out department. ACTION NEEDED: March coliform sample. Tier 3 public notice . Update on master plan
