Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Phone contact with operator, Maria on 1/15/13 about positive repeat coliform sample on 1/14/13. Assistance with posting public notice was provided and a copy of the notice is provided with this contact report. We discussed shock chlorinating the well, handouts were emailed to the operator. The operator stated she would shock the well and 5 routine samples would be taken in February. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice posted and 5 routine samples in February
