Details:	SUMMARY: PNC investigation DETAILS: 2-15-13- System is a PNC & has a system score of 12. The score was from a number of different non-reporting violations. The system had been using multiple entry points. On the 11-30-12 survey it was discoved that EP-B was no longer in operation. I documented this on the survey write up. The system sampled for lead & copper in 2011. They had a sample above the action level. Fred Bolton, PE wrote a letter to indicate that the sample was not taken in a manner to be representative of the system. The sample was taken in a vacant trailor. The letter was forwarded to DWP to invalidate to sample above the action level. The violations attached to the inactive EP & source will need to be changed to an inactive facility. ACTION NEEDED: Update the database to reflect the current active EP & check on lead & copper invalidation status.
