| Details: | SUMMARY: Treatment Plant down DETAILS: Kathleen reported that a raw water supply line ruptured in the TP and they are unable to make water. They are hoping to repair the pipe today, test the plant, then begin making water again. They are running off storage and have about a days supply. Contingency plans have been made to haul in water if necessary. She is aware that if there is a complete loss of pressure, a boil water advisory must be issued until pressure is restored and coliform testing shows the system is free of contamination. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time, Kathleen will keep us posted. UPDATE: Kathleen notified DWS friday 4/19 they got the plant running again the same day they reported the issue (4/17). The system never lost pressure or completely drained the tank (actually never got below 6 ft in the tank). | ||
