Details:	SUMMARY: Called Mr. Lamb regarding submission of Nitrate to return system to compliance. DETAILS: Violation history shows 11 points for two years of non-reporting on Nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Lamb states he will take nitrate sample the week of April 21 and verbally request the lab to forward the samples to the state drinking water program, and notify me by phone when he has done so.
