Details:	SUMMARY: Responded to coliform alert DETAILS: Spoke with Mike about the positive coliform sample. All temporary samples were positive. Mike believes it was because the pump operator failed to shock chlorinate the system. Shane with Daves pumps went out to Saginaw 2/4/13 and shock chlorinated system. Public notice required to be posted and a copy sent to Lane County. Emailed Mike reminder of public notice for coliform and for arsenic levels over the MCL. No treatment at this time. Recommended installing chlorine. Mike said the arsenic treatment going in will also be adding chlorine to assist with the arsenic removal and will also serve as chlorine residual for coliform. Mike is aware plan review required for the proposed treatment. Because of shock chlorination Must wait 5 days before submitting the 4 repeat samples, one from the source and 3 from the distribution. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice Waiting for results from repeat samples.
