Details:	SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The system owns and operates a water treatment plant (WTP) and distribution system that serves a population of approximately 3,500 people through 1,500 connections. Water is treated from the N. Umpqua River.Recent mechanical changes to the WTP allow it to operate at its full capacity (although it has not done so to date). Additionally, clearwell baffling was installed to increase contact time.Paul Wilborn with the system contacted HBH to provide assistance with performing a CT Tracer Study.Attempted to perform tracer testing at 1400 gpm but testing had to stop. The plant was unable to produce 1400 gpm for the entire test with current water quality. ACTION NEEDED: Perform tracer testing at 1400 gpm when the water quality improves.
