Details:	SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: System has experienced positive coliform in distribution system from may 2012 through August 2012. No positive source samples and no fecal coliform detected. System operators still have plans to clean out the reservoir and make repairs to the reservoir hatch before the busy season commence. The system has 2 quarters of coliform negative samples and the state ahs returned the system to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: none
