Details: SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: System has experienced C+s with every round of routine samples since April 2012. In every case of follow up sampling they were assessed violations, either for failing to submit or mis-coding samples or not taking the required number or type of samples. Many of the follow up samples were also positive in each instance for a different reason poor sampling technique or site loss of pressure following a power outage a break in the delivery line. In each case the underlying problems were resolved. Not survey conducted in May 2012 with subsequent correction of significant deficiency regarding raw water sample tap. ACTION NEEDED: none
