Details:	SUMMARY: Survey follow up DETAILS: System had an open vent at the time of the survey. DRC has corrected the hole by installing fine mesh screening affixed with hose clamp. David indicated that he is working with the board to complete the cross connection ordinance. ACTION NEEDED: Check with David to be sure they complete the cross connection ordinance.
