Details: SUMMARY: investigation of Violation #900650911 DETAILS: I contacted the operator & asked him to take a 2nd quarter coliform sample asap. I let him know that a 1st quarter coliform sample was not submitted to DWS. He said that the sample would be taken right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & follow up as needed.
