Details:	SUMMARY: Email from operator regarding late coliform DETAILS: Gerald, I spoke with Terry Schindler concerning this issue. He stated that we do not have the authority to request from the lab that the labels be changed to routine. He believes the authorization needs to come form you. We will post the EPA notice per our conversation. ACTION NEEDED: Called lab and told them to submit result, I would have state accept them as routine.
