Details:	SUMMARY: Significant deficiency (SNC) follow up DETAILS: Pioneer Village was given a SNC on their last survey Nov 6, 2012 for not taking at least two chlorine residual samples per week in the distribution system. Terry provided documentation they are now recording chlorine residuals two to three times per week. ACTION NEEDED: Review chlorine residual records at eh next survey. SNC resolved.
