Details:	SUMMARY: BOIL WATER NOTICE DETAILS: System collected 3 repeat and 1 triggered source sample on 5/17/13 (date corrected). One repeat sample (at a different location than the original positive) was positive for E. coli. System distributed a boil water notice to the residents served by Spring #3. Addendum System had flushed the weekend of 5/18 and collected 7 more repeat samples. Five samples in the distribution from the Spring #3 section and one sample from each of the other sections of the system. All 7 came back absent for bacteria. Prior to repeat sample collection, Jerry explained the section served by Spring #3 has the lowest number of connections and due to limited access of said homes (many are vacation homes), there were not 5 sample sites available. I told him it was ok if he needed to take a duplicate sample. Jerry collected 2 duplicate samples, both from the E. coli sample locations. Notice was lifted on 5/21. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in June - three from the Spring #3 distribution system and 1 from each of the other 2 sections.
