Details:	SUMMARY: nvestigation of PNC DETAILS: The system is currently a PNC with a score of 13. They had an MCL for total coliform back in January of 2013. The system operator has found that one of the two spring collection box’s has been damaged. They way the valving is currently plumbed, there is no way to isolate the spring boxes. The system operator will be installing valving to be able to isolate the damaged spring box. Until then, the system has been using the back up well. I asked the system operator to take a source sample at the well on April 8th. The system took a coliform absent routine & source sample on April 8th & reported April 15th. The system also has numerous routine & repeat coliform absent samples in March & April. Once the system isolates the spring boxes they will be able switch back. The operator will repair the damaged spring box when the weather improves. The system has two source sample violations. The source sample taken on April 8th should resolve the two violations. With these violation RTC’d the system score will be well below 11. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for violations to RTC
