Details: SUMMARY: System survey follow up DETAILS: System has installed a fine screen over the reservoir vent. System does not have an ion exchange unit as indicated on the cover letter. This was my error. The new well has final plan review approval. The system also has an updated maintenance and operations manual This resolves all deficiencies from 5/23/12 survey ACTION NEEDED: none
