Details:	SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive Sample 7/9/2013 DETAILS: Left a voicemail with Michelle regarding the TC+ result on 7/9/2013 to make sure follow-up samples were taken. She emailed me back stating the 4 repeat samples were taken and all were confirmed as being absent of TC. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routine samples to be taken in the next monitoring period (8/1/2013-8/31/2013) in the distribution system.
