| Details: | SUMMARY: System survey follow up DETAILS: System has installed a source sample tap. The operator is now testing and documenting chlorine residual at least 3x per week. System has turned in ASR for 2009 to 2011. The DRC is developing a maintenance and operations manual. The chlorinator has conditional approval as of 7/23/12. I forwarded a copy of plan review letter on this date towards obtaining final approval. ACTION NEEDED: Follow to be sure system obtain fnal plan review approval | ||
