Details: SUMMARY: Responded to Alert for Total Coliform DETAILS: July 18th, Called listed contact number (541) 933-2131, number was disconnected.Called Delta Labs in Eugene, and got contact information for Ivan Oaks CG. The number is (541) 942-2114, and the person to conact is Terry Green with Army Corps of Engineers. Called July 18th and talked to staff, who said Terry will be in on Friday, at 7am.July 19th, called (541) 942-2114 and left a message for Terry to take four repeats and 5 routine samples next month (August).July 22nd, Called (541) 942-2114 and talked with Scott Conger, and found out that Terry is on vacation. Scott said he will get the four repeat samples today, and well obtain 5 samples next month. I asked Scott, if David Cocker is still around and he said yes, and that is his number is (541) 937-2131 ext. 124 ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples within 24-hours and then taking 5 routine samples during the next month (August)
