Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up on on line turbidimeter and tracer study DETAILS: I called Marty for an update on the installation of the on-line filter effluent turbidimeter and associated high level alarm, as well as the contact time tracer study. System trying to install a tap and valve in the filter effluent line to be able to stop flow to system in case of high NTU. Once this is accomplished, the system will only need to raise associated funds to purchase an online NTU meter and high level alarm capabiltiy. System is spending money on chemical testing this year, so wants to budget appropriately. System has lost 3 houses, but hopeful new users will move to the system for additional revenue. System conducted tracer study with HBH assistance earlier this year, after DWS workplan approval. ACTION NEEDED: System to engineer valve/tap for auto-shutoff capability after filter, then submit a written schedule of when the online meter and associated alarm will be installed to DWS. DWS to follow up with HBH on status of tracer study report, so that it may be reviewed and an updated contact time figure may be provided to the system.
