Details: SUMMARY: Responding to TC+ DETAILS: Talked with Jessica over the phone. The said after the positive on Friday, they drained the reservoir scrubbed it out and then filled it back up and chlorinated it, then drained it again and then filled it up again. The samples submitted were taken after all that had been done to the system. They did not chlorinate the well. They sent the samples on on Monday. I talked to her about the significant deficiencies at the last survey regarding the well vent seal (still needs seal) and the reservior seal (told them it needs to be sealed) they said they would to this. The samples they took were one at the source (triggered) and they took the 4 repeats at the same place. I told them the correct process for locations to take their repeats following a positive. I told them in the next 30 days they need to be taking the 5 temporary routines and they should be one at the same location as the positive, two upstream from that, and two downstream from that. They are doing chlorine residual maintenance and they are not recording their readings twice a week, and they do not have a test kit. I told them they need to start doing this and to purchase a HACH wheel kit. I informed them they need to record the levels on the bottles. She also mentioned that they were going to make changes to the system. I told her this would need to go through plan review, and gave her the contact informa ACTION NEEDED: Wait for re-peat results.
