Details: SUMMARY: LCR excursion DETAILS: Reviewed pH monitoring during survey. David didnt understand why they were getting the number of excursions they were. They check the pH twice per week and typically have one time per month they go below the required pH of 7.2. I got back to the system and explained the number of excursions is counted between the number of days they go below until they check the pH again. I told him to make any adjustments that are needed (increase soda ash etc.) and then check again the next day and document. Systems has been getting readings of 7.2-8.0 over the last several weeks. ACTION NEEDED: none
