| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up Approved action plan in place DETAILS: This system was surveyed on 6/5/13. During that time three items were identified 1) Lack of complete ERP, 2) lack of O&M manual, 3) lack of coliform sampling plan. The system discussed with me at that time they have contracted with the Grants Pass water lab to complete these documents. This was verified later that day with the lab and I have approved this as an appropriate plan of action fro correcting the three identified deficiency items. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
