Details:	SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up DETAILS: System has screened overflow on storage tank and repaired faulty float switch. System has contracted with company to build new pump house and install raw water sample tap at well head. Work is to be performed in the next couple of weeks per water system operator. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with system to ensure coliform sampling plan and operations/Maintenance manual are completed.
