Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: Repeat samples came back positive. System is issuing a public notice. A state approved public notice will also be issued. System has contracted with Rogue Valley Pump for chlorine shocking to be performed 6/18 and flushed 6/19. 7/1: Spoke with Perry and system was shocked and will take 5 routine samples this week depending on Grants Pass water labs schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of routine samples
