Details:	SUMMARY: Quarterly routine coliform sample postive DETAILS: Spoke to Caroline about the recent results. She left me a voice asking about the proper amount of repeat samples that should be taken. Caroline stated that the well recently had a new pump installed in it which could have accounted for the positve results.This system has no treatment and I instructed to take 3 repeat samples in the in the distribution system and a triggered source sample. She was instructed to take one at the orignal sample location that tested positve, one up stream, one downstream and the triggered source sample at the well. This is a state regualted water system that has had historical issues with positive coliform results. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for repeat test results.
