Details:	SUMMARY: 2013 Nitrate monitoring DETAILS: Last month I was in communication with system operator regarding 2012 nitrate lab results needing to get submitted to DWS. Suggested the system have lab submit directly on their behalf. 6/4/2013 Received email from Mr. Tavera with 2013 nitrate sample results with request from them for me to forward lab results on to the OHA Drinking Water Program.6/17/2013 emailed systems ESC nitrate results to DMCELast couple weeks 6-2013 Several email correspondence back and forth between Chuck, myself and the operator to get the ESC nitrate lab results in the correct unit measurement and applied to the appropriate ODOT drinking water system.7/9/2013 Both 2012 and 2013 nitrate results are loggged in SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: My delay in submitting lab results to DMCE was due to Chuch Michaels stating that ESC lab was not accredited in OR for drinking water system use. I left a voice mail with Chuck regarding ESC being on page 11 of the ORELAP matrix. 6/17/2013 checked SDWIS and the 2012 is not logged in yet. I emailed Chuck again. Emailed systems lab results to DMCE regardless.7/9/2013 System nitrate monitoring is current.
