Details: SUMMARY: Violation for late reportingMonthly GW Compliance Report DETAILS: Sara called to say that she received a post card stating that the monthly GWR compliance report was late or not received. Sara faxed the report at 12:45PM on August 1, 2013. Confirmation email from Roberta Lindgren that the report was received on August 1, 2013. Called Roberta. She did have a record of the monthly GWR compliance report being received on August 1, 2013. It was not late. Roberta will give this information to Chuck Michael. Hopefully Chuck will be able to set the record straight. ACTION NEEDED: none
