Details:	SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The City of Baker City owns & operates a SW system that provides water to 9800 people through 4400 connections. Water from the Citys watershed sources is treated with chlorine only prior to entering 2 water reservoirs & being delivered to customers. The Circuit Rider was contacted by the City to provide assistance with a contact tracer study to determine the amount of contact time in the treatment plant reservoirs before the first user. Met with City personnel on site to review previous tracer study efforts and develop plan for new tracer study. ACTION NEEDED: Complete data collection and testing report.
