Details:	SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Follow up for survey deficiencies from 2011 survey. (coliform sampling plan and DRC). Have been working with Butch and Nate since survey to get in sampling plan and DRC. DRC requirement completed when Nate renewed DRC but still needed CSP. Brad informed me that system now also needed ASR for 2012 and Nov would be sent out. Called Nate and requested these documents and he brought them into office Friday 9/6 ACTION NEEDED: Continue to update/renew DRC as needed and submit annual summary reports.
