Details:	SUMMARY: Survey Follow up for Pleasant Hill Shopping Center DETAILS: Was talking to Brandi regarding lead and copper plumbing replacmeent program. I asked her about the two deficidies for the last water survey. Brandi said the enabling authority and cross connection control report was sent int to the state and they have completed the O& M manual. ACTION NEEDED: All survey deficiencies have been corrected.
