Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Steve about the positive sample he has already talked to HBH about chlorination. Went over the required testing if chlorination was added. Talked about the need for plan review also. This is an ongoing issue so the public notice is still posted. Steve will continue to investigate and well take five distribution samples in October and take two source samples immediately ACTION NEEDED: Take samples as required
