Details: SUMMARY: Alert follow-up on TC+ routine and 2 of 4 repeats were TC+ DETAILS: Routine was positive and repeats were taken and the source was TC+ and the origina l site was positive and the upstream and down stream were negative. Operator thought that it may have been the sample site but he is preparing to shock the system when the facility is closed over the weekend. He will shock well and batch the tank and overfill tank to wash walls of reservoir higher that the operating level. Flush the system and then test in October. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temp routines in October after chlorine levels are zero.Spoke to operator regarding Pb/Cu testing to be done prior to end of September.
