Details:	SUMMARY: Notified that significant deficiency was addressed DETAILS: Last month I notified Joe that the deadline had passed for addressing the significant deficiencies identified during their 2012 survey. They had taken care of one but not both significant deficiencies. The remaining one was the lack of an Operations and Maintenance manual. I assisted him with the Tier 2 notice (for missing the deadline), which he posted, and provided 1 additional month to resolve the remaining deficiency. That 1 month deadline was today, and he notified me today that he had created an O & M Manual for the state park. ACTION NEEDED: Let Joe know he can remove the Public Notice.
