Details:	SUMMARY: ALERT ID: CHEM5965-- The nitrate sample collected on 9-11-13 tested at 6.75 ppm. DETAILS: 9-25-13 --- The nitrate sample collected on 9-11-13 tested at 6.75 ppm. This is a confirmation sample. When averaged with the 9-3-13 nitrate sample (which, given DWS policy for rounding does not exceed the MCL) is less than the MCL. This system has been on quarterly nitrate monitoring before and has demonstrated that nitrate levels are reliably and consistenly below the MCL. I confirmed with Scott Curry that this system is to stay on an annual nitrate monitoring schedule. I called Lexie at Lakewood RV Park and advised her that the nitrate schedule is still yearly. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
