Details:	SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Tanna e-mailed me on 10/16/13. She said the finished water storage deficiencies were part of the surface water system that they discontinued using after learning of the need to obtain different treatment and a water right to utilize that source. With the discontinued use of the unapproved surface water source they are now back to their original well set up with 10 pressure tanks no source or tank deficiencies are noted. Tanna said they will have there Ecoli plan, ERP, and O & M completed by November 15th 2013. I have sent Tanna the information on Plan Review that they will need to do on there UV light treatment that they currently use. Tanna said she will contact the plan review people after she gets back from vacation 10/22/13 ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Tanna on 10/22/13 to see if she contacted Plan Review and to check on status of plans. All other deficiencies have been corrected.
