Details:	SUMMARY: Temporary Routine Coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Jeff, he said they get coliform when the heavy rain water causes the water table to come up. Jeff said he will shock chlorinate the system and collect the 5 TR in November. I sent Jeff the tier 2 public notice for the system since this is a confirmed coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Submit Tier 2 Public Notice and collect 5 TR samples in November
