| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up inspection for deficiencies listed on survey of September 2013 DETAILS: All deficiencies have been corrected: Hatch locked, rope to interior of reservoir removed and hole plugged. Over flow protected, hatch on second reservior secured with 4 screws, uv not in use - removed and bypassed cartridge filters. DPD test kit obtained and biweekly readings of chlorine recorded as well as chlorine residual at time of water delivery. OPs and Maint manual and ERP completed. ACTION NEEDED: Send emergency plan completion attestation to state dws. Continue with bi-weekly and delivery chlorine residual monitoring. Record chlorine dosage if water is deliver under .2 ppm. according to water haulers guidelines. | ||
