Details:	SUMMARY: Violation of 2013 third quarter routine TC sample DETAILS: Received auto notice of systems 3rd quarter TC sample violation. Per contact with system in September I assume the operator did not get the system back on line to sample by September 30. Mr. Adamson did not contact me to request notification to state DWP that the system was temporarily shut down and sample would not be taken.10/30/2013 request from Evan for me to check status of system and have it closed if it is not in operation. ACTION NEEDED: None10/30/2013 contact owner of coffee espresso unit that is on the systems water. Water has been back on and accessible for couple of weeks. Pressure is better than before. Informed Evan of status.
