| Details: | SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 10/28/13 DETAILS: I contacted Issac to let him know about the positive total coliform. I let him know that since there were two total coliform positive samples they would need an updated public notice. He said that they disinfected the system but may not have allowed enough contact time. He indicated that if the coliform cant be eliminated that they may switch to the other well on the property. I let him know that a new source would require plan review approval. He said that he understood. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain updated public notice. | ||
